i'm trying to build a cabinet for my new house, but the current plumbing is located near to the middle of the wall where the cabinet will be install, the wall you see in the picture is load bearing wall, after consult with the in-house contractor, they said the pipe is located deep inside the load bearing wall and it is difficult and risky to relocate the piping

so what i'm trying to do now is to minimize the wet work needed as it is very costly, and if there is leaking i will need to remove the entire cabinet and hack the wall for repair

my current piping is as per below, there the red square is there i wanted the sink to be, the countertop will be 900mm height (3 tiles height in the pic below), if i want to keep the drain pipe and P trap at it's position, can i just use PVC pipe to connect to the sink drain and do a slight slope towards the P trap?

and 2nd major problem is the water supply pipe, it is too high at 940mm, and too far off at the middle, i intend to make a countertop faucet instead of wall mounted faucet, the current solution i can think of is to build a 100mm false wall behind the lower cabinet so i can connect the water hose to the bottom of my sink, or is there any better solution?

Should have no prob for the drain pipe.

For water tap if u dont mind estastic just put a L connector so it goes into cabinet just that u may need to put something to hide the L connector say like a dish dryer place.

But then i would advise u not to place the sink so near to the window though...
I tbink it would look nicer if u place the sink at the current location. The space between sink and window can be used to place dish dyer or other things.

already ordered the countertop, so i cant change the position unless i dispose of the countertop

actually i wanted to place it in corner so that i have more area for preparing food, the kitchen length is only around 2.5m

The location of the outlet pipe at the wall may make it very difficult to clear any future blockage. Also, such designs tend to have small leakage on the wall and that current position means it's difficult to spot any leakage, and repair it.

Have you sought second opinion on relocating the inlet and outlet pipes? It certainly sounds strange to a layman like me to have the pipes buried deep inside the wall? As it will be hidden by the cabinet, you don't need to retile after relocating them which helps save some cost.

More convenient to have it with a space for drying rack at both sides. Coz u won’t be washing immediately after cooking the pans need time to cool off otherwise warp then how
