Earth Hour or cut cost?

When motorcyclists complain moto lane no light, you all say motobodo motobodo....

not just federal... i was moving around kl today... just now... few places also was dark... not sure was the heavy rain that caused the lights to go out or it's purposely... shut off..

I was on KLIA road, also 80% lights are off

maybe TNB run low on power, when citizen drain too much power, they slowly cut off public things that has lower priority. like street light(instead of 100% off, they cut like 50%, half on half off, alternatively).

Why highway no lights.
