I’m viewing a high floor condo, everything looks good, until I see cemetery on small hill which is 600m away (as shown in photo) from balcony, but in between there are other buildings and MRT line, will you consider it ? Anyone know whether this feng shui is ok ? Thanks

Are you superstitious? Will this bother you everyday ? If yes to.both.. just dont buy it.

If yes don't buy, if no then okay...

Alot people angan2 first few month enjoy view, fresh air etc. But later on will stop due to noise/air polution/dust etc

if you every day also thinking about it better don't buy.
Buy something that you are comfortable.
It's a big commitment buying a property.

tbh, this is a very personal thing, if you mind then don't buy, if you don't mind then can buy. from another angle, which piece of land in this world had not buried anyone yet

Can try check with your neighbours first.

The video about an India Indian family living in middle east that experience strange phenomenon in house, sudden knocking, toy fall itself, large amounts of insects from nowhere.

If non of this happened, just a view, this should be fine. Dont worry too much.

If you asked means you have concern, then don't buy.

Its not about anyones' view, its your own comfort (own stay especially)

If you like that condo address, just look for another facing (other units)

IMO that water tank is more closer and ugly. But the mountain view still compensate for that. Still rather choose this view than directly facing other condo/apartment

600m is quite far.
If you buy it for own stay then suggest you to adjust/train your mind set to get used to it.
If you buy it for rental play then the tenant pool will be smaller than the usual

Anyway, use the cemetery to bargain further.

Since TS is superstitious.. better pay good $$$$ to hire feng shui master for consultation rather than asking strangers online about something out of their field of expertise.. even expert also wont sabotage their own business by giving free FS advice.


Logically speaking .... that cemetery will be visible to other high rise /condos within 600m radius . Go and ask the residents from each condos within that radius about their experience living there. Maybe can come to conclusion from a good number of dataset of lets say 100 residents.

If it bothers you, then it bothers you. Then go look for something else. Got many Condos out there bro. It doesn't bother me in the slightest, but I'm not living there, my opinion shouldn't matter, you are the one paying and staying.

If christian one shud be ok.
If buddhist one, then better avoid because when chingming you might be smelling smoke for 1 whole mth from the balcony

For me depends on intent. If I'm buying for own stay, personally I won't bother. But for investment, maybe not as I know some people do care about these kinds of things.

Im not bothered, so damn far.

Please be bothered with :
1) Whos your neighbours, left right up down...get a cibai neighbour is X100 than the cemetery
2) Immediate surrounding areas of the condo

Sometimes better to see ghost than see cibai neighbours

And sometimes it’s better to see your neighbour’s cibai.

in Cheras, the owner refused to reduce the price so I pick other unit which face other condo

thanks for sharing. as the owner refused to accept my offer and insist to sell higher than market price, I give up this unit. Feng shui wise, not too good, or bad, definitely not the best, not worth to add more money to buy it.

Better start doing good deed (to strengthen your positive aura against apparitions) by sharing the name of your condo so that fellow Lowyat peeps could be informed

Dont buy since you concern. Everyday back home, you will think about cementery. No no for me also.
