Hi, yes according to Teresa Kok there will be 1% premium on your SPA charges that needs to be paid. Whereas if you go through law firm the total nett fees is only RM4,000. We have readjusted it to RM 4000. If keen to know more, kindly contact me! Sarah Wong | 010-2432835

According to Teresa Kok's latest statement, there will be 1% premium charges based on your unit SPA price if owner wish to do the submission personally. Whereas having this submission done through law firm, under our court order it has been stated that there will be NO PREMIUM CHARGES, only a nett RM4,000 / RM6,000 legal fees.
