hi, i just attended the briefing by YB yesterday
so your RM5K fee for residential includes of the land office charge and the conversion premium as well ? or just admin fee for handling conversion?

Hi, yes according to Teresa Kok there will be 1% premium on your SPA charges that needs to be paid. Whereas if you go through law firm the total nett fees is only RM4,000.
