Edit: sorry, I read your question wrong. Thought you were asking if you want to pay in foreign currency or pay in MYR.

Answer to your question:
Tbh, there's no diff if you convert the currency in the card or just leave Wise to auto-convert, same rate anyway. Unless you know the rate is damn low for that period, then you can convert first.

hi wanna ask, i tot u need to topup the currency first (e.g in this case japan yen) then any transaction done that use yen will use money from yen account

i didnt know u can leave the yen account empty and they will take money from ur ringgit account

which is the better way to spend using wise

sorry ayam got one but rarely check my statement so im not really sure how card works
