I currently reside on Penang Island, and I must say, I love the unique blend of urban living and natural attractions. The island provides easy access to the mountains for hiking and the sea to chill. It's truly a perfect place for someone who enjoys being close to nature while still enjoying the perks of urban life.

However, I have been finding it increasingly difficult to find affordable properties. A double-storey home will be nice, Ideally below 550K

I want to ask for recommendations and insights from all of you regarding any locations or specific properties in Malaysia that might offer the unique blend of urban life and nature I am looking for. Thank you, I appreciate your insights!
