This is next to ktm new track? Or deeper within?

TS I previously went to see landed 2 storey inside K2

Why not u consider that? FH as well

Higher cost n monthly 3k plus but u get landed

I went to the showroom today. Blok B fully sold out.
Blok A only few unit left.For me OK for investment and the price is okay too compare other freehold project surrounding .Tunnel cover walking distance to ktm which more convenient for those looking for public transport.

I went to view terrace double storey at kajang 2 deeper inside before

They have planned very big masterplan

Even wanna open a new mall n make it like ioi city mall since kajang semnyih side ni such mall

Very ambitious and might take 5 to 10 years to fully materialize

Right now its still packed with foreign workers along Jalan reko n all
