So recently I started a youtube channel talking about personal finance stuff. But It's kinda growing very slowly... So obviously I don't know what I don't know.

I'm trying to improve so I appreciate /k punya feedback. Is my delivery too lousy? Topic too lousy? What kind of topics would you like to see more of?

If possible, I'm trying to find out if my videos are quality enough, and what other types of topic do people want to watch. I can go more economic, more finance, or more personal finance like FF.

But honestly not sure which one will be better.

I got try chatgpt translate. Macam salah some of the words. But can't blame because people don't usually use malay terms in finance also. Most still use English terms.

Actually the reason I do in Malay language is to practice my BM. Otherwise really forget the language liao. Last time study so hard at least make use of it.

Also, the project started out as a hobby to teach me how to do video editing. The topics I talk about was basically in my area of expertise.

But one thing led to another and now the channel grown to a small size. So since already become like this, might as well put in some effort to do it better. Mana tau ada rezeki kan?

I have a few economic topics, but I don't think malaysian viewers want to watch that because the views macam low.

ok I try. I scared do controversial opinion just for views... I'm generally not that type of person. But i acknowledge that is a legitimate strategy to get viewership. I just don't know if I want to be that type of controversial person though...

Yea edit alone. Last time used to take 2 or 3 days for 1 video lol.
Nowadays I can do in 1 day if I rush. I'm trying to increase the quality of the videos, hence this thread. But seems like most people didn't comment much about my editing style so I guess it's ok?

Huhu i cannot do tax or accounting. That's not my core specialty. My core specialty is in finance and economics. Tbh these are topics I'm quite familiar with that's why I do. I can go more in depth but... not sure if that's what people want to see.

SOmeone commented just now that the b40 who watch all want to hear what they want. Not hear what needs to be heard.

Yea I also do that. I reduce a lot of the content to very simple words already. Like the usd vs brics topic I made. That one turned out quite well for my small channel. I was thinking of doing more of those also, but that would bring me towards the economic path.

Of course I believe my content got value. But whether other people think it got value or not is different case. That's why I need to get feedback. See whether I'm doing it right or not.
