Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare: DOUBLE XP WEEKEND (Dec 7th - Dec 10th)

All PS3 COD4 owner rejoice, cause Infinity Ward is holding a special double XP weekend this week exclusively for the PS3 version

the invite system is a bit tricky in COD4. The invitation will always pop up regardless if you are in a game or not...most of us would probably be receiving after the invitation was sent thus the messages like"server full" , unable to join host" etc...will happen when you receive the invite.

My recommendation is always to receive any invite when it is send and not after a game etc...this will eliminate some of the above msg'es.

Currently there are more asian player hosting e.g - $RG$ , BITE, INA, HKG, HK etc..so easier to get into a game...

Another tips is to see the people in the game, try to anticipate their origin from their PSN ID. If you think you are connecting to some US/Europe Player then just drop from the server and finds another. Once you are in a good server, try to stay as long as you can unless you're getting pwned or host ended game. However, this can also be misleading unless you joined with the final status stats is display...sometimes the game will take you directly into a game - if this happened - just hope you hv good connection or you have an awesome teammates.

Other than that, if you accept game invite in a middle of the game ( + lost on your stats )...just for those who are very particular with stats..
