Hi guys, I am planning to build up the size of my forearm, as I am lean, or rather skinny. So my forearm is quite small and thin, I'm thinking of using hand gripper to build up the muscle in my forearm.

Other than building the strength in the grip and wrist, my main priority is to make my forearm looks bigger, does hand gripper actually work for specifically that part ?

P/S - Any recommendations for hand gripper ? I saw this on Shopee, any advice for choosing the right one is much appreciated.
