Hi DIY folks

Tried to buy the batts via OWC or iFixit but seems batts can't be shipped to Malaysia.

Anyone has a good source of decent Batts in the country? Checked on shoppee it's going for 200++. More concerned about quality.

you dare DIY? i did battery change for:

1. Ipad Mini 2: accidently cracked the display. so it cost me more. anyway at the end got the lcd and battery changed on my own
2. Iphone: not an issue.

but i think MacBook is a whole entire beast.

on the same note i am looking to change the battery for my MacBook 12in.

i really hope the come out with a new 12in....plsss...

Sg has authorized replacement for mbp battery

There's many local sellers selling MBP battery, no need source from other country.
I purchase 1 from ktard who stayed at DPC 3years ago.
I remember the price are only RM200, summore got warranty from him, too bad lost track who is the member.

Quality? 4years marking still okay. For that price cannot complain.
