I believe one day maybe will join back in the form of a tight pac against other external force from the north and south, when SG become overly expensive and without excess to more resource to expend there is only two option, join other nation or migrate in mass and let SG dry out with 2nd hand talent. For sure when they loose expending power they will have to think of something, they risk isolation if they embrace corruption, so the next logic path is to join resource rich country.
Its not impossible, but that would be like maybe 200 years later, because malaysia here racial issue and shit if we start walking the right path need a long time to chase SG. It would be a miracle if we can chase them within 60 years. All thanks to that old man.
By the time we join back all of us won't be here d, that's the sad truth.
Woe to the failure of our education! Its not impossible, but that would be like maybe 200 years later, because malaysia here racial issue and shit if we start walking the right path need a long time to chase SG. It would be a miracle if we can chase them within 60 years. All thanks to that old man.

One earlier post said we lost Singapore because of 'British deceit' when it was Tunku Abdul Rahman who kicked Singapore out of Federation.
Now you talk about Singapore begging to join us 200 years later because it will be "'too expensive", "it has embraced corruption" and its only option is to join a "resource rich country!" Hahaha!
Hello! Are you aware of the facts in 2023!? Don't talk shi*t ok. Daydreaming is one thing, false hope is another.
FACTS:
1. The European Union will phase out palm oil by 2030......Indonesia and Malaysia are now scrambling for solutions to save its biggest export commodity by threatening to sue.
2. The Malaysian government announced on 15 Feb 2023 that our country's proven oil reserves will last for another 15 years (till 2038).
3. 1MDB already sucked us dry and left us broke.
4. Malaysia is now RM1.5 trillion in debt with DSAI worried about repayments.
More FACTS:
5. Our rivers are severely contaminated.
6. Our land has been extensively cleared for palm oil plantation, with reckless urban development worsening the problem.
7. We have frequent floods across the country and water trucks are a common sight.
8. Our infrastructure is crumbling. Our trains are disrupted frequently from old, poorly-maintained systems. Our roads have potholes everywhere. Serious traffic congestion is a daily fact of life.
9. Our society is wrecked by religious and racial fanatics and intolerance. People get arrested for their sexual orientation. People are turned away from hospitals and police stations because of ordinary dress.
10.Our ringgit is depreciating so fast we now resort to new economic theories like "dollar-to-dollar" when talking about Singapore to convince ourselves Singapore is cheap. Haha!
11. Our brain drain is very serious. 1.8 million of our human talent have migrated to Singapore, UK, Australia and the like.
And you are talking about the world's 3rd richest country, an extremely developed and advanced country, joining us??!
I hope we don't have to join them 200 years later...if we last that long that is.
