Best Nintendo Switch Collection type game?

I am thinking to buy Super Mario 3D all stars here, physically lah since digital they pulled the plug already.
Then i wonder, what are the other type of collection that is worth it for the Switch? I also think to myself to buy DMC HD collection so i can play as the wacky devil hunter pizza dude whenever i go but the thing is, the 1st game is avaliable in the cartridge and the others are codes. I doubt if I buy the physical version, the codes are unredemable since it may expire. LMK your suggestion on best (and worthy) switch games!!  |
