I have a similar (or even the same) problem here, unable to access from the UK.
(Note: I'm currently logged in via a Malaysian VPN) It seems like the website is blocking access from one of the IPv6 addresses from Cloudflare UK (see attached screenshot). Attached thumbnail(s)
