Anyone here know how to remove Axia 14inch stock rim wheel cap? Tried different methods and it won't budge, e.g. blade, screw driver.

QUOTE(SwarmTroll @ Apr 20 2023, 04:41 PM) You mean removing the whole wheel and pushing from back right? I was hoping that's last resort since I probably have to send to tyre shop for that. yes.. SwarmTroll liked this post

For what special purpose for removing the wheel cap ?
If you need to send to tyre shop just for that, might as well open the wheel nuts, jack up and remove the wheel yourself to punch out the cap from inside. |

I own an axia. Don't try to remove it yourself. I managed to do it, for the same purpose, to replace new one. I tried multiple things.. screwdrivers, knifes.. ended up able to take out all of them but created scratches on the rim. Best way is to remove whole wheel. If you don't want to do that to all your 4 wheels, then just keep the cap in your car, and when you bring for next alignment/balancing.. you can replace at that time. |

MCB I brought to a tyre shop, the fella use one long screwdriver, in 5 Seconds he took out one wheelcap. No need remove wheel, just with a flathead long screwdriver and pry out the wheelcap swiftly, I stood there staring at him lmao.I managed to do it, for the same purpose, to replace new one.
