Anybody sent their ps5 in for repair before ? Last year December my ps5 broke down .sent to their Johor hq for repair. They told me suspect cpu problem quote me rm 500-700 and Need wait 1-3 months depend on technician. After 3 months went to ask them said haven’t repair give all sorts of excuses . Then today they told me ps5 cannot repair the cost too high better to buy another ps5. Facepalm to the max . Keep my ps5 for nearly 6 months just to tell me they can’t repair it . Is there any place to complain about their service ? And can someone recommend me any shop to repair ps5 .

Well , always and always send PS5 to sony center only. Others will only try their luck to repair only. Im not sure in johor got sony service center but here in KL Sony Curve handles all these repairs.

other than that share in gaming group regarding your post..
actually most important thing is what is your intention of doing this.
