I think u have to download and install BossTool to fix this problem.
Out of 8GB they only partitioned 350MB for applications. So if you install a few more programs after jailbreaking then 'Low Disk Space' msg will appear.
After installing BossTool will fix this prob coz it'll allow more space for applications to be installed to the other partition.

To all, a word of caution. If you upgrade your iPods, it might be really had to get them back to a 1.1.4 jailbroken state. Plus, the new firmware is still a little buggy. Choose wisely whether or not to upgrade.

As of today you will have 2 choices:
1) Believe in the community and don't upgrade to 2.0
2) Say goodbye to Installer and freedom and upgrade.

If you really upgrade the software and if you dont like it..it's very difficult to rollback to 1.1.4
You have to uninstall your iTunes and install iTunes 7.5 then use Ziphone to rollback.
Think wisely before upgrading..coz after upgrading you need to buy some programs also. not totally free after you paid 9.95USD

Only certain apps are free and most of it you need to pay for it.
your touch not yet jailbreak so you can upgrade to 2.0.
but after upgrading it's very difficult to rollback to 1.1.4

Ya la save USD9.95. And for some of them who do not have the January Updates can enjoy the apps also..
Well 2.0 is not too bad IF we dont pay for it. I just have to say if we pay for 2.0 is something not worth 9.95USD.
There are quite a number of free apps but of course the NICE ones you have to pay for it..range from $0.99 to $49.99.
Most of the free apps are only for US user and cannot be applied in M'sia that's why i find it not that useful.
They updated some settings in our ipod and additional languages as well for keyboard.
You can also find apps from iTunes and download it using your pc and then sync to your ipod which is faster than downloading it straight from ipod.
BUT i find it quite laggy when i install some apps in my ipod especially when i type..the respond is bad..
Well that's all i have recovered and still 2.0 is not perfect yet from my experience

Well that method is the same as using some downloaded 'stuff' from the internet without have to pay for them..
unless u buy every single thing original..like mp3s, DVDs and software s..which i don't believe anyone would do so unless you're filthy rich!
in M'sia everything u buy are so damn expensive..a piece of DVD for RM80? Ori songs for RM40? I believe lots of us arent willing to pay for that kind of money.

Well I'm a 2.0 user and i know it's not worth the money.

I don't know if my action promotes piracy or not but I'm just trying to help without any bad intentions. So if you're such a Genuine user for all sorts of stuff then GOOD for you,
but not everyone is as rich and not everyone can afford to pay.

Yes you can download the firmware to your PC and restore next time..don't jailbreak 2.0 now..jailbreak 2.0.1..coz 2.0's quite buggy..
