think again why you want to find / apply other job in the first place

if the salary is 51xx vs 69xx then I feel worthy to consider. if less than 1k, you have to decide whether it is really worthy or to give extra 0.5 days per week to the company especially when you want to spend more times with kids.

sometimes need to choose which one more important to you, if you lucky maybe can get a job with the best of both worlds
