SAme country but Malaysia is a federation. So rules can differ between states.

It's better to bring your passport so the immigration can just stamp it. If you just use your IC, you can misplace the visa slip and you'll have to make a police report. You'll then have to wait to get a letter first before you can fly back. The question wasn't even funny.

More like cuz I’m working in WM so hard find EM girls also it’s a pretty nice incentive and you have an edge over local guys in WM if the partner is looking to migrate EM

No, once you get out from EM and get back, duration reset (normal visa only, the rest not sure)

they can know ler, sabahan has "H" on bottom right on the IC, sarawakian has "K" if not mistaken

Per half year

Can drive to Indonesia (from Kuching) or Brunei (from Miri) then re-enter Sarawak to reset. But the cheapest way may be a return flight to JB/KLIA.

Sarawakians and Sabahans can enter freely into Malaya, there is no immigration control at KLIA. Can live and work in Malaya.

The agreement allows Sabah and Sarawak to control entrance into the states thus the visa limit for west Malaysians. If want to argue what's fair or not fair, long story (oil royalty is one such). Let's leave it as that and to be honest nothing for you to be excited about as until now, you don't even know there's a limit meaning it doesn't affect you at all.

For visiting purpose, IC saja boleh, but max 3 months per entry. Passport pun boleh, suka hati kau.

For working purpose, apply passport biru. Renew every 5 years.

From my limited knowledge
- Family members of any government servants, that posted to s&s can apply for special pass. No need to exit every 3 months. Not sure about private sector thou.

- if the children are studying in s&s, the children can apply study pass. Their parents also eligible to apply pass to accompany the children.


But these are not really "long term"

Got pass to apply, but need go immigration for renewal.
