property rental 01/02/23 - 29/02/24, tenancy agreement signed on 27/03/23

Hi all, i rented my property on 1st of feb but tenancy agreement signed on 27th of march, and date of tenancy i put as 27th march, is this ok?
Is there any penalty if i bring this agreement for stamping? |
