i have used before Maxis Pospaid BIZ was 4 years ++
now changed Celcom Pospaid BIZ
call Quality very poor due we dial call no ring then few times again dial got ring
then during call talk suddenly no hear the re call again dial and during call talk


everday very imported call and today trying call other number also no ring need few times many times get ring and talk

signal very good most 3 bar +

DATA speed okey not faster like Maxis

daam i MISS MAXIS

i like so much Maxis never had problem for CALL Quality is Superb and call dial ring no need few times call again

daam hate Celcom

can't change Maxis Back its tied 2 year Contract habis lah

1.try turn off volte

2.lastly try turn on 2g only when you need calls only and wifi for data

Turn off volte
Volte is sucks

No wonder my yoodo call also like this

mine samsung note 9 also not wont on VOLTE but Maxis will ON VOLTE MY NOTE 9
also same problem without volte and with volte celcom other phone
mine samsung note 9 can't turn on volte due celcom not updated but Maxis already updated my samsung note 9 works VOLTE

without VOLTE also same problem call no ring

Nothing much you can do. Should have buy prepaid to test before you change.

Why don't complaint to celcom?
Since it's tied of contract, celcom should do something for you.

but Celcom call quality like crap Tape Quality hahaha Voice not clear macam Tape quality

maxis also have call issue on VoLTE, especially in CBD area.
my area ( Damansara Uptown ) has poor speed and worse call quality.
either disable VoLTE or turn on VoWifi , or use whatsapp call

mine Penang Maxis don't have call issue on VoLTE seen fine and VoWifi Fine
noting problem for me i connect wifi i get VoWIFI call prefect for me
if i outside VoLTE call Prefect for me noting problem for me

I use Wi-Fi Calling also call sound also cacat.

I contact CIMB Bank hotline, had to use without data much clearer.

Why not using WhatsApp call? Nowadays I use WhatsApp call if no unlimited calls.

whatsapp call i don't like
many people use unlimited package speed capped like 3mbps
whatsapp call sometime buffer

that why i prefer use direct call dial

last time i was use Maxis Pospaid BIZ RM128 70GB DATA + Unlimited CALL + Unlimited SMS

i hate Umobile due POOR Quality

someone using umobile i had tested before since few years ++ ago but hate quality

unstable and Call quality poor + data also poor slow

digi so far so good.. digi next rm40 6mbps unlimited data n call cheap2.

hmmm i don't like speed capped 6mbps

i prefer uncapped with qouta hehehe

so can't change back Maxis

i have wait 2 years contract finish then i get maxis RM128 only i wont take cheap

once reach home we use WIFI For unifi tm

so i have to wait 2 year then after 2 year i will switch Maxis i take 2 year contract maxis no problem

thank you i will use celcom after 2year i will get back maxis no more use celcom
