I seriously wish I knew TBH, what I’ve heard is that due to pandemic and shortages of staff, the project delayed, I don’t know how long because I did not carry that project. Also heard that even delay, the construction still on going.

As now no more lock down, I hope so, perhaps this time the project will complete by 2028.

Not gonna sugar coat, I prefer be honest with my clients instead.

Before developer get APDL, they’re not allowed to disclose their project name and some other info yet. But they will still share some info with those real estate agencies that be selling their project, now they open for pre registration so that when the developer get APDL and this project appears in rumawip portal or KWP, all these registered buyers only need to submit documents for loan and KWP. Simply to say, these registered buyers will be the first ones to select unit.

Ever wonder why is when a project officially launched, then lots of unit already sold? This is the reason.

But agent can privately gather buyers

Thats why project when launch can 80% sold out

U only get non ideal unit

Those I’m selling don’t have, usually condo got free gifts but not all of them.

Last time j-satine offer RM15k(I also forgot) cash voucher for a time period. Loan approved, KWP approved, then developer will cash the voucher into yr bank account.

The rules is do not PUBLICLY post the name of project and the developer, they still allow me to post some infos about the project but must not disclose project and developer name. Texting individually so that I can keep track of those interested parties, that’s how I work and if you think it’s inefficient or whatever, that’s you.
