Sorry for misinformation, this is a new upcoming project. Now open for pre registration, sales gallery be open for viewing around May-June.

As this project not yet receive APDL, the project name and developer will not be share out.

I seriously wish I knew TBH, what I’ve heard is that due to pandemic and shortages of staff, the project delayed, I don’t know how long because I did not carry that project. Also heard that even delay, the construction still on going.

As now no more lock down, I hope so, perhaps this time the project will complete by 2028.

Not gonna sugar coat, I prefer be honest with my clients instead.

Before developer get APDL, they’re not allowed to disclose their project name and some other info yet. But they will still share some info with those real estate agencies that be selling their project, now they open for pre registration so that when the developer get APDL and this project appears in rumawip portal or KWP, all these registered buyers only need to submit documents for loan and KWP. Simply to say, these registered buyers will be the first ones to select unit.

Ever wonder why is when a project officially launched, then lots of unit already sold? This is the reason.

rumawip can select unit kah? I thought same like selangorku , all through ballot?

Means cannot promote or make big big ad beside highway

But agent can privately gather buyers

Thats why project when launch can 80% sold out

U only get non ideal unit

Just a common tactics by agent

For those rumawip I’m currently selling, yes buyer can select those available unit.

Oh ho ho, not agent, but the developer.
