hi I'm looking for condo unit for own stay, recently view few units, I wonder whether I should offer the intermediate one, as to get a good corner unit with good number, some more 2 car parks (only 20% units have 2 car parks) is extremely difficult, I may have to wait long to get one, price would be at least 10% higher than the rest.
thanks for your vote and opinion.

Is for own stay or investment?

Planning to sell in 5 to 10 years?

For me if own stay maybe try to avoid facing west as very hot during evening n night not comfortable

And number wont affect u much

But if u planning to flip in 5 years it might be a deal breaker for some buyers as others have different beliefs

But for both scenario try to get condo units better

View is important, No.4 (2A) she be still ok
For car park, if the whole condo is full occupied, that would be a problem, some condos are actually low occupancy, can easily rent with decent price

At the end of the day, the place is wheree you wil stay. Avoid facing west as the heat will store in your concrete wall and the heat release when 9-10pm and disturb your rest.
No4 is not a big deal, it is just a number. If u are in a bad day, even no8 cant help u anything.
If you are feeling bless and happy everyday, no4 wont affect u at all

for own stay, may stay until retirement age/ long term, but who know in future when I want to sell it, I hope to sell at good price, just afraid the number will affect its value.
thanks for your advice

this condo always fully occupied, the unit with 2 car parks is rare unit, so it's not easy to find a 100% good one. the unit is memang number 4, no 3A or 2A

the number 4 unit was taken up by others pretty fast after I viewed it, I learned a lesson, perhaps won't take too long to consider to buy 1

If ur condo is like investor heavy then investors dont look at number

They look at ur rental monthly n roi

If roi 8-10% number 444 also I will buy
