It depends, 2023 will be a better position to market secondary product, new launching is harder to sell now, when market is shrinking, not all the sales for developer can get full commission, 2010 is the golden time to work for developer

subsale indeed a good buy, but the people who can afford 0 downpayment of buying new launch is far more than the poeple who can pay 100k for subsale

There is no such thing as good company. You need to find a way that suits your personality. Find a leader that suit your style basically.
There are alot of selling skills from the agent, some aggressive, some soft talking, some will provide u all the facts and let u decide your own.
So ya, choose which way u want to go first, then look for those type of leader

There are a way to solve this issue, anyway if a property agent is only limit himself/herself to market new property, his success in this career will be limited, in order to sustain long term income earning, subsale is the key

of course every category has its own market, and subsale no doubt is much harder than new project launching in terms of techical knowledge and skills required to close deal.
Because buying new lauch project is like buying a hope, and buying a subsale is basically buying a reality
and reality is often not so pretty haha
