Their revenue is less subscription based, more once-off purchase.
They have a hard time selling each new iteration of their software. But their software is well-regarded and supported in the market. IPO seems like a good exit-strategy for them. |

many other competitors out there.. like quickbooks, sql accounting, UBS, etc.. and this one not even include those ERP for big companies like Business Central.. so quite tough to compete in this market.. autocount market share also quite small
