My car was bought on Year 2015 (December), my Hire Purchase loan is from Maybank, the Original geran is with the Bank site right?

Usually how to contact the correct bank department to check which branch that my car grant is located at ?

As I know,
You loan with which branch,
The geran will with that branch....

call customer service...ask for the home branch of your hp loan..
the geran shld be at the home branch

The answer is as what Moiskyrie says and no..usually cannot request to send to another branch cause they still need to do some paperwork. That's based on what I know and it's for PBB bank.

Nowadays if u sell ur car to 2nd hand shop they dont need it also.

What i did, i went to the H&P branch where i applied the loan and requested to get back the grant. The process just took about 5 minutes, signed a form out and received the grant. I called the bank prior to the date of arrival.

I planning drive to Thailand, it needs the Original car grant right?

MBB called me and said they can deliver the car geran to me via courier service, it only cost RM10 for the courier fees, mantap.

Can send representatives like used car dealer to collect on behalf?

I have no idea but you can try call and ask the bank. Share with us the result. I just think only the owner would be able to get the grant.

I called and bank said can with authorisation letter from owner.

I thought nowadays geran is given to you once you collect your car?

Bought 3 cars recently 2016 (PBB), 2018 (RHB), 2022 (Hong Leong) all provide me with the geran when I collected the car.
