Hari Sunday lepas pergi buka puasa dekat mid valley.
Masa sampai tu awal la juga sebab nak beli baju seluar sehelai dua.
Masa lalu depan Oriental kopitiam ni, nampak q dia panjang and ramai.
Mostly Chinese. Actually 100% chinese la sebab malay puasa.
So i wonder is this really good kopitiam in a mall or sebab viral je?

Never try and no intention to try, for the same price can go eat better food with better environment

The branch in Bdr Puteri Puchong also is que like everything is free. They are famous for egg tarts. And i can tell you that road usually only Saturday/ Sunday is busy because of the morning crowd going to the Dim Sum restaurant across the road. But these days, that road is busy as hell.

Got other brand similar concept one before covid I won't eat there price expensive, forward back to present time I no choice have to eat there cos kopitiam price almost similar to them dy , might as well pay extra 50 cent and get better environment lo .

Its very good. Coffee has a very unique taste to it and the food is good. Of course u can get cheaper food elsewhere but if you want to be “seen” especially for influencers, then this is the place to be

curry noodles - my favorite
Nasi lemak - not bad... I like the egg
Fried rice - other than big prawn, no I don't like
Herbal chicken soup rice - surprisingly, good!
Dry curry rice/noodles - good

Tart? I think there are better tart... The more you eat, the more geli it is...
Pulut Hitam dessert - I like it
Coffee ice - good

Nowadays all new Kopitiams all yahudi prices plus got 10% and 6% charges.

For the same portion, assuming u order a fly lice with fry jiken from oriental, it cost u rm19.90 and u need a drink accompany ur meal so u pay roughtly 6.90 for a kopi. In babi shop u pay 31.90 (37.90 for jumbo) babi meal come with drink, soup, lice, kobis which can be refilled, and that babi chop definitely bigger and juicier than the oriental fly jiken dumbstick, so u judge which one more menu rahmah.

P. S: me bb40 so i very kiamsiap must ensure each meal i eat is max out for the buck.

Actually, Oriental stuff is quite ok. Just you pay more for the worth.

Order butter coffee je. Much better.

Went to Puchong branch for buka puasa last week. Less crowd to compare those in mall. Food wise, quite good. Dont like the rice menu tho. But definitely will coming back.

The onry shop i respek cos only increase a bit price during mco and no drop in quantity and quality

1 thing for sure its kopi really beh ki, xiao long in 1u using b&w legit evaporated milk, not some palm oil milk that oriental using

food ok la, price ok in mid valley, but need que , nope.
que for near one hour, inside one also don't care, after finish, still blow water...lol

I love the portugese egg tarts...I always go and tapao this only. You should try it...lots of inti and not too sweet. Just nice.

Because many ppl think they paying rm5-6 less and get a decent meal, but in fact any meal below rm20 in shopping mall is basically cheap ingredient and normal quality.

Meanwhile top up that rm5-6 u get ingredient like this and a way better dining environment

Best kopitiam you can find in a mall. Tea and coffee is well done, a thing that is missing even from typical kopitiam these days. I noticed nyonya colors not as crowded before since oriental opened. Nyonya used to be very good as well, and then food and drinks went downhill
