Its kinda annoying and frustrating that i get random SMS / whatsapp / phone call from random property agents every single week..

I know they just want to find opportunity, i get it, i am not mad, just tired of it

Any way i can label myself as "not selling" or "staying in myself" to get me off their list? Is there any way at all?

property agent target by area / location. if your house in Ampang .. they will continue to chase you.. so the trick that i do , i tell them im not own this house and stay in Johor / Melaka..
