Hi all, I am researching about this location and to buy a home at Taman Desa / Kuchai Lama area.
And i heard many people said that the Oxidation Pond is kinda unpleasant in terms of view / sometimes have the smell.

The reason of opening this tread for discussion of any rumours or information about this Pond future planning from DBKL / IWK / Developers?

Because I heard some said the Pond land is bought over by developers? (Not sure about this)

But as I see from Desa Tun Razak (being covered), Pantai 2 STP (covered and converted to a park), Taman Connaught (Seems close and heard rumours to build a residential on to of it)

these are the on-going projects where majority of the "small pond" in taman-taman being demolished and they constructing a centralized STP (like pantai STP). Where all the sewage will flow either by gravity or pumping to a centralized STP.
