I saw job alert in jobstreet.

Saw my job and even my colleague job being posted.

We are surprised, because we been working for 5-20 years, why this positions being advertised?

check with HR, one HR lady say no idea and also surprised, she haven't check with her other colleagues yet.

I know what you guys going to say:
1) oh co going to retrench you guys
2) your boss want to replace you

but this is not 1st time, it happened before. And our jobs and positions still intact.

so my question is:

1) Is jobstreet got scammer? can someone easily create a false account with jobstreet claim they from Sime Darby or Hong leong or Maybank? for example lah, not saying that got people do this.

Maybe got people want to steal info ? so they want to scam people to apply for jobs and get their info?

2) is there some companies purposely tembak their staff positions even though no vacancy, to test the job market ? collecting people's resume for future?

you're getting replaced... if the salary range advertised is lower than your current salary...

might be market survey. Companies does that.
