the selection for where it blows in manual
its a lever system that pulls n pushes a cable which works a damper in the aircond box
the selection for recirculating the air or taking in air from outside is a single link lever
simple setup
but the selection for where it blows is a double link 3rd class leaver which works the cable
that is one of the things that rattles
i added a thick rubber washer inbetween the two links at the intersecting pin
now most of the rattle from there is eliminated

but then...it still blows everywhere
i going to plug back the lighter piece
but its out now coz i just sprayed it flat black
1 2 make it less noticeable

where you gona put the 3 way socket?
i was looking everywhere...
if stick at the side of the ac console wont look nice...coz will have the wire running down to it
and it will still encounter the prob of the connector wire being in the way of the 1st gear anywayz...
sighz...totally not strategic lar that thing
