My son is going to be 2 years old soon

He is currently sleeping with me but at another single bed 3 feet away from mine

Wanted to move him to his own room

How should I gradually train him to sleep alone?

Any tips?

I don't know what is the suitable age but I recently just let him sleep in the other bedroom alone when he is 14-15months old.

Usually he would fall asleep on our bed and then I will shift him to his baby cot that is next to our bed. Now we just let him fall asleep in the other bedroom.

I did a nice bedroom for my daughter and she happily moved over. Only 1 year 6 months when she did the transition, from baby cot to her own room. Spent under RM8k for the room, all-in, but mostly DIY, hence, save quite some money.
