OptionA:
Individual title
Landed semi-d
>30 years house, but owner refurbish 10 years ago

OptionB:
Strata title with G & G
Landed semi-d
10 years.

To me,

Option A land size is slightly bigger, price also expensive a bit. can extend whenever I want as it's individual title.
The current layout style is not what I want. I need to fork out more $$ to reno and re-layout. I foresee more reno work to do compare to Option B.

Option B land size is acceptable for me. No need fork out so much $$ as just need interior reno.


need you guys some opinion, as want to stay for long term, and which option is wise to choose ...

2. If for long term, both can be a choice, because new house will become old house too
