what are those dolls that dropped from monster

and why is it not in inventory?

in terms of pets for an assassin what should I be targetting to get for tier S and A?

Google shows me Squiddter and desert otter but I don't see the otter on my list.

For S tier i'm thinking the ghost samurai and the other i am unsure.
