hi guys.. hotlink charging me RM10 extra which I'm not aware why
now I figured out I must be charged min rm5 per month over billing? sounds crazy!! Attached thumbnail(s)

I also being charged extra RM10. anyone got idea how to cancel it? customer service say it is for physical bill that send to my address
