Has anyone successfully withdraw from RIZE account? I'm thinking of transferring funds from KDI save to RIZE but hold some reservations as the bank doesn't have many branches in Malaysia

Were you transferring to your own account with another bank (same name/IC number) or to third party?

Has anyone tried to withdraw from the PTPTN SSPN account into RIZE?

I tried but have still not received the withdrawal even though the PTPTN agent bank islam sent the funds via GIRI last Friday.

Not sure if there has been a delay because it is an apps based account?

Contacted RIZE. Apparently it does NOT support any incoming or outgoing payments via GIRO at all.

So the payment will be refunded back to PTPTN.

My wife and I are receiving the same message then the apps automatically shuts down

I called the RIZE customer service and was put on hold for 10 minutes before the telephone system ended my call.

Looks like the error message has been fixed. I was able to transfer funds to another bank from RIZE

Does anyone think RIZE will extend the 4-5% interest rate promotion? especially since its apps has run into so many problems recently. RIZE should reward and compensate its customers
