is there any annual fees for the debit card? the FAQ does not state anything but in the product disclosure sheet, it stated that it is waived.

Anyone finding their Rize app is smoother today and no more lagging as compared to weeks ago?

I must be one of the luckier ones... no notification bug, no app errors, no login issues, no missing interests, good security calls, just overall smooth.

Might be slow due to holidays last week 🤦‍♀️ email them and ask for status because it might ekyc it is not clear capture on your documents

The notice is to inform you that promo period is extended only while the terms are still the same with the exception of the promo period 🤦‍♀️

I would like to know if I need to apply for a physical debit card for my Rize deposit account to fully make use of the services provided by the app. If I do, is there an annual charge for this ATM card or if this deposit account is equivalent to a no-fee basic savings account? There is no mention of this in your website's FAQ.

The reply is in the attached photo.
1. No need to have debit card to access all the features of the app.
2. The annual fee is waived but it will be like no-fee-basic-savings account with limits put on the use of ATM etc.
3. Want more infor: check out "Important Documents" of the FAQ.

My first attempt to register failed... at the last stage.
Had to call Rize support and asked to sign-up again AFTER reinstall their app.

It did hang at the Selfie page though...
2nd time finally receive message that account is being reviewed.

Finally got my account ready to use within the hour.
Topup first amount via IBFT

Now let's earn 4-5% until 31-Dec-2023 ...

No need as pointed out by other forummers.

I have been using biometric log in. No issue, just has to activate this feature.

found it by clicking on the Profile icon ® then go to Privacy & Security > Login authentication preference
