That's weird, by any chance he is using the saving pot function?

if you have a savings pot check your interest there - mine is banked in there as i used savings pot to put my 5K

i always call them
service so far so good
always have to call them because always block my transaction
super secure
same account cannot transfer 2 times
multiple transfer multiple account within short period also cannot

yes, call already, say need time to check.

my case also same, after few transfer they block, then they call to verify then can continue.
