Why would they be bothering with call centre when their Fraud Prevention team can work remotely 🤦‍♀️ while setting up call centre instead will costs more and the cost will pass it down to you instead 🤦‍♀️

why I cannot find Rize under PIDM website?

I was thinking of switching from KDI to Rize, but then I found out that I need to have a minimum of RM 100 for a savings account and RM 250 for an investment account.

i just found out about this Rize. So i just need to download the Rize app, create account and open a savings account, then transfer 5k to it to get 5%, right?

At least from March until August. Some FD promos are pulled out after a week! 

Change the limit to 20k, i tried to transfer 700 again and still got rejected . This time triggered the fraud detection team to call me and i told him the problem. He said he will look into the problem though i have little faith for him to solve it.

Problem is when transactions are rejected, even when amounts are not that big, and waiting for their call and rectification. Sometimes we need to use the money urgently, e.g. we are making payment for a purchase. Waiting 15 minutes or more might lose the deal. And not everyone has the time to "chit chat" with the Customer Service Rep. Defeats the purpose of instantaneous banking   

That’s really terrible. Who knows the app crashes and all our money go unaccounted for.
