im using formula of  4% divide 366 days and then compounding it everyday, the outcome still incorrect amount .

Not sure whats the time they cut off , 1 of the account is no transaction in last month , the interest amount is correct.
*
cut off time is 11.59pm
i include all deposits before 11.59pm

QUOTE(Vincent9696 @ Mar 2 2024, 05:49 PM)
i calculated using ur formula , still got extra about 7% amount

another account without any transaction , the amount is correct

If I remember right, there used to be a fees for withdrawal of more than 5K from Rize. Is this still the case? Please advise.

As of my recent transfer out, I don't see any fees at all being charged.

No charge for transfer on past few transactions > 5k. Nice surprise thumbsup.gif

Guess they must have changed their policy, as the charge encouraged people to do multiple transactions, using their resources even more.

I use formula x 4%/366 calculate daily interest with daily end balance

All up all daily interest, Rize give me 1 cents lesser, acceptable for me

increase to 4 decimal points for the daily interest column.... and you'll see why RIZE give you less 1 sen

I see the msg will be charge, but I look at the transaction history seems like no charge. Is it because they will charge later? Usually I try withdraw <5K, but the past few days the amount too huge that it requires multiple times to do so.

nonsense.
they round up to two decimal places when the third decimal place is 5 and above.

QUOTE(Optizorb @ Mar 2 2024, 01:12 PM)
example: if you have 5k inside rize and never touch the money:

Day 1 EODB = 5k x 4% /366 = 0.55 cents (actually it is 0.54644808743)
Day 29 EODB = 5k x 4% /366 = 0.55 cents (actually it is 0.54644808743)

own calculation = 29 days x 0.55 cents = 15.95 interest
actual calculation = 29 days x 0.54644808743 cents = 15.8469945355 = received 15.85 from rize
