so far no issue for me with this app, and transfering big amount / multiple times also no issue now (after the hoohaa i guess). 😏

For UOB One Account, 1st 50k is 2% and next 50k at 6% so with total of 100k is averaged out at 4% interest. Above 100k is at 3.6% if I'm not mistaken. My balance above 100k is sitting in Rize to enjoy 4% too. 

EAR is 4% for 100k (if u do 2 activities per month, easy to hit).
If u dont do 2 activities, then u will not get 4%. This promo already running before rize come out
So far UOB is much more stable

Tried to do a Duitnow transfer of 12k to a new payee at another bank today. Failed twice. 10min later Rize CS called, informing that it had breached their parameter, so she called to verify before I could do it again successfully.

She said it's not because it's a new payee.

Not sure what the limit is for transfer to go through immediately

could be per individual scoring that determine the threshold alert

i did 3xRM5k + 1xRM1k withdrawals yesterday. all smooth like butter. no block, no call from rize
p/s: disclosure, i was blocked (1st time) back in Nov for rm50k withdrawal (one-shot) 

We have all experienced the weaknesses of Rize systems. Wonder if they would have spent additional cost to move on to the next level of data analytics to include personal scoring? 

I also had similar experience. In the beginning, multiple 5k transfers were blocked after the third transfer. 50k transfer was blocked once.

After a few such blocks, neither mode were blocked. Until today. I usually transfer to saved favorites, but today it was to a new beneficiary. CS says not because it's a new beneficiary, so could be it's because it's above 5k or 10k, or it's not a saved favorite?

I asked her specifically if it was because it's a new bene. She said "No, it's due to some parameters of the Bank". They don't want to disclose the exact parameters, to avoid fraudsters working around that?

Probably as you say, it's a new party, which is not under "Favorite"

So far my transactions are only to my favorites which are bank accounts under my name. Whenever I make a transfer of 10k & above, still need to do verification with CS & they will do 'maintenance' on their side for transaction to be successful.

i have no issue pay more than 10k each to three cards (fav) yesterday.

yesterday did 2 differmet cards ~25k, ~12k & then transfer 12k to other bank

then this morning 1201am tried another 2k but fail. CS called, telling that 50k limit is renewed at 8am

may be.

when start using always cannot get thru lol. may be they did "maintenance" for 5-10 times for me until cannot tahan already.
