Nah, not that interesting

Work is just too vague a term. You everyday pick up rocks would also be considered work, same like you go upskill yourself by doing additional freelance jobs.. also considered work.

Most people who work hard, just do a lot of "busy work". Not really being efficient with their time, work.. no plan to further themselves, etc. Work like that will never progress, even if you got WLB.


His line and niche probably makes it really hard to retain good people. Good people by definition have options, so they rarely stick with you cause they have other plans. You can try to filter the workers strictly, but that may lead to not having any workers for a period of time.. also jialat. So you end up settling for some not-so-good workers.

It sucks, but that's just the way it is.
