I wonder why this is under Boon Koon Commercial and not Chin Hin. There are no other projects by Boon Koon and they do marketing and selling of reconditioned, rebuild, used and new commercial vehicle and other related services.

Land size I think is about 3 acres.
Looks like commercial title.
Very near Ten Kinrara and 8 Kinrara. Can see their performance to gauge this.

Been searching for local council approval under chin hin but didn't turn out anything.

Based on CH annual report 2022, BK Commercial is a 70% owned subsidiary.
Base on the comment above, I believe the land owner is BK and this is likely a JV between both. SPA likely signed with BK to facilitate title transfer at later stage.

Please note CH itself started as a hardware shop in the 70s and move on to building materials supplier in 2008. Listed on bursa in 2016. Venture into property development fairly recent with possibly 3 completed project as reference. Mostly undertaking boutique development via acquisition of company with plot of land.

Study developer background, know their history and the people / management team. Do your DD ....ya
