Yeah I suppose the layout is larger, but not my main priority at the moment.

Exactly. Jalan Kinrara 1 already jam all the way during peak hour, Sat manageable although so many bumps and only Sun is better. I would unable to imagine if coming out from Jalan Mas because both side also jam.

I not sure if Chin Hin this time going to launch the right products, right almost at a same time with both located so near each other to fight sendiri.

After rebate, if RM 550 psf then quite do-able, way below 8 Kinrara & 10 Kinrara both cannot sell at RM 650+ 700+ psf and ended up threw prices.

Chin Hin one location slightly better because more center to the commercial, LRT and Giant. Interesting to see what Trinity would come up with the Elita, also medium sizes.

Then, high densed Ayanna big sizes ma even cheaper cz location less fancy.

550 per sqft sounds reasonable I suppose, but really I'm only interested in the SAMM unitsĀ  sweat.gif

Haha, personally I think, can be good can be bad.

If buy into Avantro, the purchasers may feel the confidence level is dropped if the buyers spillover to Ayanna since they also need to compete with Elita, which is very similar development.

Danau so far looks nice but that location very subjective for highrise and most probably more ppl will look into BK bcz nearer to KL and Bukit Jalil. They are better than their direct competitor, Wyn (too high denses with RSKU). Flora still has upper hand and will attract the buyers who spill in btw Puchong / Bkt Jalil location.

If Avantro really RM 550 psf, then the price is really good because BK5 commercial now consider well developed and busy over the last 5 years.

But I don't think it will drag down the subsales prices of 8 & 10 Kinrara bcz their prices already adjusted while most of their buyers were I&P supporters and solid. But definitely will impact the price remains to be stagnant.

Location really not bad.

Just the proposed sizes, maybe I lack of interest unless for investment purpose.
