I have to vote for Maxis, until now no 5G, generally still expensive in their plan, line signal can be worse at times..

For me digi....
Postpaid customer for almost 20 years...
But service lately more terrible....

Maxis line ok for me...
Use hotlink postpaid....
Place digi no signal, maxis got signal....

For me Yes, really terrible service, have to op out to unifi mobile, no coverage even inside my office when infact the tower is so near

ive use both maxshit and sialcom.....both equally bad
tried umobile and digi as well.......these two are not bad but coverage is not on par with maxshit and sialcom

I was travelling for work to jb.
changed to singtel. Luckily I disable data while roaming. Fuh. If not buta2 kena charge. Now with celcom, signal at jb is better when I travelled there.

shitgi is the less shit of them all, but now i stuck with shitxis bcoz buy phone use plan, after pay off, wanna move to shitgi, if they can maintain their performance until then....

Celcom is the best but expensive.

Maxis is somewhere in between.. also with hotlink can get 365 validity which Celcom still lacks.

Based on experience whether i can do something when i wanna do something … probably related to availability and reliability. Depends on area sometimes Maxis sometimes Celcom .. im using two phones …

Currently using Maxis. The past 2 years, it has become shittier. My wife using Umobile and a lot of time I don't get anything even when the bar shows 4G. I am still using Maxis because it is the only reliable telco in my office at 39th floor. The rest all have bad signals in my office. Surprisingly, Umobile has improved a lot but the weakness is it's coverage is less than Maxis but the strange thing is most of the time when I cuti-cuti Malaysia in places like Langkawi, PD, Cherating, etc. my wife Umobile can surf without problem but my maxis no line.

Before I use Maxis about 4 years ago, I use Celcom which was more stable and better than Maxis but I changed because its signal in my office is terrible. My second line is Yoodo which is not too bad as I think it rides on Celcom network. Digi, I subscribe for my mother and so far, she got not much complain but she's hardly out from KL or even jalan-jalan in KL. So not really sure whether it is good or not.

msia mobile plan is not cheap, and the service suck to the max...

thinking about voting Digi but after the 5G is open for all...the connection onboard LRT is much better without lagging...but still their connection in Muar is SHIT.

been using maxis for 7 years, these 2 years is meh... changed 2 phones i thought it was phone problem as i was testing pixel but turns out just the network . inside house no signal 0 bar, blank spots everywhere like highway , traffic light. and im staying in Bu area which is quite central not somewhat far away remote places.

will change this month to something else. i only notice my yodoo get signal everywhere (2nd line)

If you go Maxshit website you Will never fine store locate n the faq will only give you termination steps if you dieded. Cibai!

They I WhatsApp the contact us number said need to go Maxshit center but no where to be found which store will s dealer which store center! Then said can call Customer service to terminate. So I did.

SIX MONTH WITH them four months the billing got issue. N even during verification when calling when was your last bill. Payment. So I went look for the payment acknowledge email got date n got amount. Guess what what they have in the system is different then the payment acknowledgement email
Wtf!

After reading thru this tered...macam all is shit, just that Digi and U Mobile is shittier than Maxis and Celcom...so its not choosing which one is best, rather which is less shittier...so which one is it?
