Anyone has any further details? Where is the specific location with respect to Pavilion? Is it only available as a service apartment?

Look high dense tho.

But it’s subject to the pricing. Like SV3(sorry out of topic but a good example) higher density in return of lower psf.
If it’s psf is slightly lower than Park2 but with greater no of units, seems reasonable then.

I guess it’s more on the hype. BJ Area is rly hot…everyone is rushing to get a piece of cake.

I think that’s highly subjective in personal preferences. I say Bangsar good…ppl will shoot who don’t know but cannot afford mah. Haha. So the definition of strategic varies on your preference and affordability.

I myself couldn’t see the charm of BJ other than Pavillion BJ which brings all these hypes. (Up to date…I might be wrong)

But ofc don’t want to offend investors or homebuyers that love that location as it’s also close to CBD just that traffic congestion is the main concerns. (Despite many LRT station in BJ).

I am living in bukit jalil and I seriously have no idea what so great about it.

Back then it used to be a chill place with less ppl. Now with all this high rise coming up around bukit jalil just because if the hype of pavillion, damn man..

As for pavilion bukit jalil, heck I rather go further to Mid valley or even 1 utama than this. I will curse them 99 times whenever I drive into their basement car park lel.. Anyway the mall is quite empty, it is a good place for fashion shopping because fitting room is all time clear. Lel

I aiming this project … heard is will be start with big units 1200sf and above… good to filter those wannabe .. I got units at Park sky … with balcony … n with got rentals … missed the Park 2 … may try to get Park View ( aka Park 3) … not for ownstay… just looking good asset to keep

Went to take a look at the show unit.

It has very little going for it to be honest.

Pros:

1. Link bridge to mall

2. Concierge service

Cons:

1. Price at 1k++ psqft

2. Very premium pricing but giving ‘non premium’ fittings. (At this price point, I would think duravit, grohe, etc. but it’s some brand called crownlynn? Maybe it’s premium. I don’t know.)

3. No window in kitchen for a RM1.5mil 1500 sqft unit

4. Basic tiles used throughout unit.

5. The Carpark is 10 stories high with no speed ramp.

6. New development but no EV points provided.

SA mentioned, the price point is due to the Pavilion Bukit Jalil address that ppl love.

Went to check it out as well. Unit toilet also doesn't come with built in mirrors. Idk if price is justifiable, if so its mostly for address, location and link to mall

price per sqft around 1100, i think for own stay ok, for investment rental will be not able to cover
