Ipod touch contacts, How to copy contacts?

lets say i have two ipod touch.
 one of it have all the contacts  while the second one is new one,nothing inside  is it possible that i can copy all my contacts to the new one?  note:the contact on the first one is made in the IPod,not from computer  plz help me  |
