Laptop from PIKOM online, Is it a good idea to buy from PIKOM

Planning to get my first laptop, and I've spotted one I like on the PIKOM online store. Just wanted to ask if anyone else has experience buying from them? How is their customer service like? Are their prices considered reasonable?
