Check flash express website and my parcel is at their warehouse in my area.
Called flash express customer service because i wanted to pickup my parcel at their warehouse if possible as im rushing for it.
My request rejected by customer support but he conveyed my urgency to the distribution team.
1 hour later my parcel is on deliver status.

Did the same. In the morning saw my item already in nearby warehouse, called them if possible to pickup myself because afternoon wanna go Johor. They sent it before noon.

yup, app chat provides expedite as if shelving is default procedure. id recommend asking about location in app chat, they will expedite.

2nd experience the thing went from immigration (klang hub) straight to pdn perdna in a day, knowing they will hold, i requested self collect, app confirmed, went over at 9am, 5 guys sleeping on the floor, but the 2 banglas were swift lol

reminder to bring the marketplace awb, NOT the flash app tracking.

Don't call, just go there collect next time before there put on delivery

if u ask me...quite a few courier now become really fast because they just don't have that much business now after shopee force their seller to use SPX

like i just bought something 2 days ago using shopee but the seller use ninja van....it arrived the next day...SPX usually taka a minimum 2 days
